What we do

We are a referral service. When you contact us, we take the details of your water damage and connect you with an independent local restoration contractor who serves your area.

What we do not do

• We do not perform restoration, drying, cleanup or repair work.
• We do not employ the contractors, and they are not our agents.
• We do not set prices, give quotes or take part in any estimate.
• We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, or when they can attend.
• We do not guarantee, warrant or supervise any contractor's work.

The contractor relationship

Each contractor is an independent business responsible for its own licensing, registration and insurance. Any agreement for work, including price, scope, schedule, payment and warranty, is between you and the contractor. Before work starts, ask for the license or registration that applies where you live, proof of insurance and a written scope. Any complaint about the work should go to the contractor.

Insurance

Whether your insurance covers the damage depends on the cause and on your policy. We do not give insurance advice and cannot tell you what your insurer will pay.

Sharing your information

When you ask for help, you agree that we may share your name, phone number, property address and the details of your inquiry with independent contractors so they can contact you. Calls to (833) 504-0830 may be recorded. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

Emergencies

If there is a risk to life, fire, a gas leak, or live electrical hazard, call 911 first.
